Unemployment is a steady concern and also a challenge across Europe for the past few years. Even more so as a large number of people, young and middle-aged, can’t find a break-through way to (re)enter the job market, thus staying in a “limbo” situation for a long time. Countries like Greece and Spain are suffering seeing their human resources stagnant. The challenge becomes more acute as the presence of immigrants and refugees in the EU countries calls for measures towards their integration, such as employment. With a clear focus on Vocational Training, this partnership came together in order to contribute to these challenges, aiming at the development of skills and competences of coaches/ trainers/ counselors/ VET providers that will enable them to face the need of a large and diverse number of people (young, older, migrants, refugees etc) to (re-)enter the labor market.
